Phone Support
Impression Technology provides no charge phone support as required for any installation. On-site installation and product training by Impression Technology, or through many of our business partners, is negotiable.
Warranty Support
Impression Technology is a factory authorized service/warranty center for all products it purchases directly from the manufacturer. Impression Technology will process warranty for other products sold. If we sell it, we support it.
Return Policy
New products that do not perform per manufacturer's specifications, or do not perform applications as qualified by Impression Technology, may be returned to Impression Technology within 30 days of purchase without penalty. All other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and replacement cost for opened/used consumables (i.e. ribbons, toner, developer, OPC ), and all freight/insurance costs. Refused orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee and all freight/ insurance costs. Impression Technology Customer Service must be contacted for a Return Material Authorization prior to the return of any product. |
